To pass the test and interview	A multistage assessment of student’s knowledge is   conducted and the behavioral competencies are determines. The final interview with the supervisor.
To pass the initial training and education for a trial period (3 months)	Methods of interns teaching: Training on the job place directly with the coach Coaching by line manager Training away from job place/distance education Independent work, study regulations, Internet Participation in projects and meetings "Shadowing"
Employment: wages and conditions	Possibility to combine study and work in bank. Compensation will be discussed at the stage of interviews with employees in HR department.
