*Commissions are paid in local currency at the National Bank's rate as of the date of operation.
** - thereunder we understand payments for studying, hostel, beneficial help and other kind of payments in favor of higher educational establishments, secondary schools, pre-school institutions, vocational-technical schools and other educational institutions of state-owned, private owned or municipal legal entity, for example: universities, institutes, colleges, academies, technical school, conservatories, grammar schools, lycees, secondary schools, kindergartens, etc.
