Prerequisite – a residential real estate* on the secondary market that is already owned by the borrower/property guarantor should be created as a mortgage  

Loan terms:
Loan tenor, years	Up to 20 years
Loan currency	Hryvnya
Repayment method	standard or annuity
Type of interest rate	For the first two years of the loan – fixed Starting from the third year of the loan – changeable
Upfront fees	1.50% (upfront)
Maximum amount of loan	Up to 70% of residential property value owned by the borrower/property guarantor
Lending rate, per annum	12.00%

* The term “residential property” means:
1) apartments on the secondary market;
2) residential house on the secondary market on land property;
3) land located in a cottage town «Green Hills».

Additional expenses:

• Property Insurance (up to 0.3% of evaluated real estate cost transferred to the Bank as a pledge)
• Accident insurance* (up to 0.3% of loan amount)

*Insurance is compulsory, if the Borrower is 45 at of the moment of agreement concluding; 
If the Borrower is 45 during the validity of the loan agreement, he/she must to conclude an insurance agreement during 10 calendar days
