The new version of the charter came into force on February 24, 2015

Registration Service of Main Justice Department in Kiev completed the state registration of a new charter of JSC "Piraeus Bank ICB" on February, 24, according to it the share capital equals 2,07 UAH bln. This was stated by the press office of Piraeus Bank with reference to the bank’s legal department.

The new version of the charter of JSC "Piraeus Bank ICB" was approved by the annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC "Piraeus Bank ICB" (Minutes 3 / 09 dated September 1, 2014) and approved by the National Bank of Ukraine on February 10, 2015.  In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of JSC "Piraeus Bank ICB" the bank's share capital was increased by 450 UAH mln, so after approved changes Bank's share capital amounted to 2,07 UAH bln.

“The capital increase on 450 UAH mln this year also proves Group’s commitment to stay in Ukraine. Considering the whole banking market in country facing challenges at the moment, Piraeus Bank intends to adapt its strategy to the current situation, optimize its sales channels, existing processes and products”, – states Sergei Naumov Chairman of the Board of Piraeus Bank.

In accordance with acting legislation of Ukraine, from now a new version of the charter of JSC "Piraeus Bank ICB" with all mentioned above changes became valid. In order to get acquainted with the text of the statute please visit section "Statutory documents and internal regulations."

Earlier, press office of Piraeus Bank stated that Piraeus Bank Group is not planning to leave the market.
