Dear customers,

Please be informed that scheduled maintenance of our data center infrastructure will take place on the night of July 8–9, 2026, from 3:10 AM to 4:20 AM (EEST, Kyiv time).

For approximately 50 minutes, the following services may be temporarily unavailable:

  • card payments in stores and online;
  • cash withdrawals at cash desks and ATMs;
  • card-to-card transfers (p2p);
  • payments on card accounts in Winbank.

We recommend planning any important transactions in advance.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!
