Customer service specialist at the bank
Duties:
- Search and attract new customers for individuals and legal entities to sell the entire range of banking products
- Opening / closing and servicing of current, card, deposit and credit accounts of SME clients, business entities and individuals.
- Initial control of foreign documents
- Implementation of sales plans
- Performing other operations / actions in accordance with the existing internal regulations of the Bank and the instructions of the management department
Requirements:
- higher education in the field of economics or finance
- experience in a bank of 2 years, experience with legal and physical persons non-residents is obligatory
- knowledge of banking legislation, regulatory framework of the NBU, the order of the organization of cash work, the basics of accounting, currency control
- good communicative skills
- responsibility, attentiveness and diligence in work
- ability to work in a team
