The сlient has the right, in the absence of debt to the bank under this or other agreements and in the absence of other existing agreements with the bank and the client's debt to the bank under any of these agreements, to close the service package/account at any time and terminate of the agreement with the provision of a written notice to the bank for 5 working days before the scheduled date of termination of the agreement and closing of the service package/account, as well as perform other actions provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.

When opening a service package/account, the bank is prohibited from requiring the client to purchase any goods or services from the bank or a related or related person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services.

The bank shall make any changes to the bank account opening and maintenance agreement only with the consent of the client (party to the agreement), unless otherwise provided by the agreement or the legislation of Ukraine. The client has the opportunity to refuse to receive advertising materials via remote communication channels.
