Teamwork That Shapes Better Banking at Piraeus Bank

These meetings strengthen team spirit and engagement, giving employees the opportunity not only to share achievements but also to learn from one another. They also inspire the search for new ideas that directly impact the quality of service for our clients.

During the latest quarterly meeting, we:

  • assessed the results of the previous period and set key priorities for the second half of the year;
  • focused on developing customer loyalty as a new strategic direction;
  • discussed how to build a service that exceeds client expectations.
