Temporary Service Unavailability on 17 and 18 June 2026

Dear Customers, 

To upgrade our card and digital banking systems, we have scheduled essential technical maintenance on 17 and 18 June 2026. 

We are continuously working to ensure that your experience with the Winbank app and payment cards remains seamless, secure, and reliable. 

Please take note of the temporary service downtime schedule below: 

Wednesday evening, 17 June: 20:30 – 22:00 

  • The Winbank mobile app will be temporarily unavailable. 

Overnight, 17 to 18 June: 04:30 – 05:00 a.m During this 30-minute window, the following services may be temporarily unavailable: 

  • In-store and online card payments; 
  • Cash withdrawals at ATMs; 
  • Card-to-card (P2P) transfers; 
  • Card account payments within Winbank. 

We kindly advise you to plan any urgent or important transactions in advance.
