The NBU launches TrackSEP: track your transfers online

The National Bank of Ukraine has launched TrackSEP, the first online payment tracking service. You can now check the status of your transfer at any time.

Since 1 April 2026, every IBAN transfer to another bank has a unique UETR code. Individuals can use this code to check the status of their payment online.

How to track a transfer

Open the transaction details.

Find the UETR code and tap “Track transfer”.

Get the current status online.

Alternatively, enter the UETR code on the official NBU portal: https://tracksep.bank.gov.ua/

Each stage of your funds' journey is shown with a status, for example: initiated, being processed by the bank, pending in the SEP, credited to the recipient.

Please note: tracking is available only for IBAN transfers to other banks.
