Piraeus Bank introduces a new tariff for Wincard and Wincard Salary holders — 0 UAH fee for outgoing transfers in the national currency via the National Bank of Ukraine’s Electronic Payment System (EPS). 

Now clients can make transfers using IBAN details quickly, conveniently, and without any fees — all in just a few clicks via the mobile app. 

Key Features of Instant EPS Transfers 

• 0 UAH fees — send money via IBAN without extra charges. 
• Instant notifications — both you and the recipient are notified immediately once the transfer is completed. 
• Convenient for payments — no payment terminal required; transfers go directly to the recipient. 
• Faster processing, more control — operations take up to 10 seconds. 

When instant transfers are available 

• To accounts of partners in other Ukrainian banks (between residents). 
• For amounts up to 100,000 UAH. 
• Provided the recipient’s bank is connected to the NBU Instant Payment System.

IBAN transfers in Winbank are fully automated — you don’t need to do anything extra. 

When you initiate a transfer, Winbank sends it instantly. If a transfer does not meet the conditions for instant execution, for example: 

• the recipient’s bank is not yet connected to the Instant Credit Transfer System (ICTS), 
• the amount exceeds the set limit, or 
• additional verification is required under financial monitoring regulations, 

— the transaction is automatically processed via the standard EPS system.
