As one of the speakers, Konstantin Bozhko, athlete and entrepreneur, co-founder and coach of Kyiv Marathon Running Club said: “Ideology of a healthy lifestyle and, in particular, jogging is extremely simple. I want to express the idea to all participants that running is a habit, like brushing your teeth or washing. As the ancients said – hurry slowly and remember that running is not the goal for today and tomorrow, running – it's for life”.
