Changes to the list of services included in Piraeus Bank card packages

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you of changes to the services provided with premium card products of Piraeus Bank Ukraine.

Effective 1 July 2026, the concierge service will no longer be available for the following card products:

Wincard Visa Platinum

Visa Platinum within the package offers "Crete", "Rhodes", "Santorini"

Santorini Visa Gold

These changes are due to the discontinuation of this service by our partner.

In case you would like to continue using concierge services, our specialists will be happy to help you find a suitable alternative.
