Piraeus Bank Hosts Fourth Women’s Leadership Event: Inspiration, Experience & Honest Conversation with Tetiana Lukinyuk
26 June 2025

This June, Piraeus Bank held the fourth event in its ongoing initiative to support women’s leadership, personal development, and professional growth. This meeting became a space for open dialogue, encouragement, and inspiration. The guest speaker was Tetiana Lukinyuk - an accomplished business leader, author, and woman who successfully combines a thriving career, civic engagement, and motherhood. She shared her personal journey, leadership challenges, and life lessons.

The event drew more interest than expected, with the number of participants exceeding the usual capacity. The high level of engagement and active discussion reaffirmed how relevant and meaningful the topic of women’s leadership is in today’s workplace.

Set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, the event brought together like-minded women over morning coffee, a delicious breakfast, and sincere conversations. The in-person format gave every participant the chance to ask questions, reflect on their own experiences, and hear genuine stories from the speaker’s life.

During the discussion, Tetiana emphasized that growth is possible even within the comfort zone, encouraged participants to embrace career changes, defend their professional boundaries, and choose their battles wisely. Special attention was paid to parenting, self-organization, and finding balance between career and personal life.

Participants shared what really resonated with them:

  • the importance of choosing your own “battles” and recognizing that change is a natural and necessary part of growth;
  • the inspiring story of a woman balancing success at work with her roles as a mother, wife, and leader;
  • practical advice on self-realization, asserting oneself professionally, and parenting;
  • the sincere atmosphere of support and the positive energy of the group.

Meeting new people—especially such thoughtful and experienced ones—always inspires me to take new action. I’m very grateful for that,” one participant shared.

As a thoughtful bonus, the speaker gifted a copy of her book to the participant who asked the most interesting question. In addition, the Piraeus Bank office library grew with several new business book recommendations that Tetiana generously shared with the group.

The Women’s Leadership Project at Piraeus Bank continues. We believe that creating such spaces for shared experience, mutual support, and inspiration helps unlock individual potential and strengthens the role of women in business and society.
