Shareholders of International Commercial Bank Open Joint Stock Company Approved An Increase of the Authorized Capital Up to 400 Mln UAH

On November 16, 2007 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of International Commercial Bank Open Joint Stock Company was held in Kyiv. During the meeting the shareholders approved the results of placement of the shares issued during the additional tenth issue of ICB shares. Considering the additional tenth issue of shares, the residual authorized capital of the bank totalled to 400 mln. UAH (40 mln. of ordinary registered shares issued in a documentary form, with the par value of 10 UAH).

Note. As of November 01, 2007, the net assets of ICB were estimated at 911.6 mln.UAH, the loan portfolio totalled to 694.8 mln. UAH, and the financial result was 6.7 mln. UAH.

The regional bank network includes 15 branches and a wide retail outlets in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Vinnytsya, Dnipropetrovs'k, Donets'k, Zakarpattya, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Rivne, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy and Poltava oblasts and the city of Kyiv.
