On July 10, 2025, the 15th Anniversary Collection Leaders Forum took place in Kyiv at the Mercury Congress Center — a key event for professionals in the field of debt management. The forum brought together leading experts, executives from banks, collection companies, law firms, and technology organizations. It was held with the support of the Ukrainian Association of Collection Business (UACB), NABU, AUB, SB-Club, and other partners.

This year, the bank was represented at the forum by Mikhail Teleshev, Head of the Assets Recovery and Administration Division, who shared his impressions:
